The Learning and Development Manager leads the creation, execution, and ongoing enhancement of training, communication, and recognition programs throughout the company. This pivotal role collaborates across departments to support the Operations team effectively. Key responsibilities include managing scalable learning programs that drive performance, uplift company culture, and facilitate business expansion. The role supervises learning platforms, designs training content, conducts webinars, manages internal communication, organizes company events, and provides support for field operations. Additionally, the manager plays an essential part in aligning training efforts with operational goals to guarantee consistency and excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) as the primary overseer, including course management, assignments, certifications, and compliance tracking.
• Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive curriculum covering all job roles, integrating eLearning courses, instructor materials, job aids, videos, and presentations.
• Manage the Manager-in-Training (MIT) Program and coordinate related social media and video productions to boost engagement.
• Organize and lead monthly field webinars and produce weekly newsletters.
• Develop communication strategies for significant operational changes, program launches, and organizational news.
• Collaborate with Operations and field training teams to assess performance issues and build targeted training solutions.
• Support planning and execution of annual conferences and training events.
• Assess training program effectiveness using surveys, performance data, and operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements.
• Provide backup support for Customer Service, including managing escalations and coordinating resolutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years in Learning & Development, Training, Operations, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing Learning Management Systems; preference for Docebo expertise.
• Expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, leadership program creation, and operational training.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and training technologies.
• Experience with Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Power BI, or comparable platforms is advantageous.
• Ability to forge strong collaborative relationships across Operations, Support Center, and executive leadership.
