Role Overview

This trainee position offers a chance to actively contribute to shaping Konecranes' future in learning. The role sits within the global Learning & Leadership Development team, where you will help build engaging educational experiences, cultivate a positive learning culture, and support employee and leadership growth through meaningful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Share inspiring success stories, valuable resources, and effective learning practices throughout the company.
• Create communication materials to promote educational programs and leadership development projects.
• Assist in nurturing and expanding internal learning communities.
• Support the organization and coordination of global leadership and training initiatives, including preparation of learning content, participant outreach, and feedback collection.
• Manage learning platforms and digital tools while assisting with data analysis on participation and engagement.
• Develop and refine learning content such as presentations, guides, and videos, and propose fresh ideas to enhance learning experiences.
• Contribute to strategic projects focused on culture building, leadership coaching, mentoring, and organizational change.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, conducting research on the latest learning trends and technologies.

Candidate Profile

• Currently pursuing studies in fields like Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, Communications or related specialties.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week over six months in Singapore.
• Strong enthusiasm for learning, leadership, coaching, people development, and organizational advancement.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills for crafting communication materials and stakeholder engagement on a global scale.
• Possesses analytical thinking and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrates curiosity in digital innovations, including learning technologies and AI.
• Works well autonomously while effectively collaborating with a worldwide team.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 productivity tools is beneficial.
