Role Opportunity
The Learning Program Manager will lead curriculum design and content delivery efforts to drive impactful educational results as Stepful scales its programs. Reporting to the Head of Learning, this role requires leadership of content development teams, launching new programs, and continuous enhancement of learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects focusing on content creation, enhancement, and new program rollout.
- Lead curriculum developers and subject matter experts in crafting educational materials.
- Implement strict quality assurance to maintain high standards for accuracy and program relevance.
- Explore and pilot innovative teaching methods such as skills labs and simulations to enrich student engagement.
- Analyze program data including learner participation and outcomes to inform program refinements.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience managing educational programs or curriculum development, ideally within edtech.
- Background in healthcare or nursing education with ability to simplify complex subjects.
- Expertise in instructional design, particularly in online learning contexts.
- Comfortable in agile startup settings requiring resilience and flexibility.
- Knowledgeable about adult learning principles, online pedagogy, and educational technology.
- Strong analytical skills to support data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous work experience or leadership in EdTech or nursing education.
- Experience supporting adult learners in virtual settings.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end content development initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary between $100,000 to $130,000 per year, inclusive of equity participation.
