Role overview
LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort in Windsor is hiring Linen Porters for its hotel housekeeping operation ahead of the 2026 season. This is a seasonal full-time position running until Winter 2026, based at the resort’s onsite hotels in Windsor, SL4 4AY.
The role supports housekeeping across all three hotel properties, helping keep guest rooms, shared spaces, and back-of-house areas clean, organised, and presented to a consistently high standard. Guest experience should remain the main focus throughout the day.
Working pattern
The position is fully flexible and follows any 5 days out of 7. Shifts are scheduled between 09:00am and 3:30pm.
Key duties
The core responsibility is the movement of linen across hotel departments, along with related housekeeping support tasks. This is a practical, physically active job that involves handling stock, transporting supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
Additional responsibilities
- Collect and distribute linen throughout the hotel departments.
- Move, restock, and manage linens and towels as needed.
- Push large laundry trolleys and cages safely around the resort.
- Support housekeeping deliveries, including chemicals and room stock.
- Track linen levels and maintain clear stock counts and records.
- Help maintain excellent cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Work across all onsite hotel accommodations as required.
Experience and requirements
Candidates should already have experience as a porter or linen porter in a busy hotel setting. The role requires someone who is comfortable being on their feet for long periods, capable of heavy lifting, and attentive to detail. High cleanliness standards are essential.
A full UK driving licence is mandatory because travel between onsite hotels is part of the job.

Pay information
Pay range: competitive, with a stated hourly rate of £8.50 to £12.71 depending on age.
