Role Responsibilities
- Summarize medical records, billing statements, and related documents.
- Create detailed medical chronologies and billing summaries.
- Communicate efficiently with clients, insurance carriers, and legal counsel within a team setting.
- Utilize software like Microsoft Word, Office Suite, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel proficiently.
- Maintain focus on task completion and meet deadlines independently.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced yet friendly environment.
Position Requirements
- Minimum of three years of civil litigation experience, emphasizing medical and billing summaries.
- Preferably experienced in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury, or general liability cases.
- Basic medical knowledge is advantageous.
- Proficient in reviewing and synthesizing medical records and billing details.
- Strong communication—both written and verbal—and exemplary organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Florida court procedures is desirable.
- Must currently reside in Florida.
