Key Responsibilities

- Stay updated on product news, promotions, and company policies.
- Cooperate with colleagues during busy periods to reduce wait times.
Candidate Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- No prior experience necessary, though customer service background is advantageous.
- Exceptional written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with accuracy.
- Adept at juggling multiple software applications and browser tabs.
- Dependable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace essential.
- Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including evenings or weekends.
