Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Carry out daily warehouse operations including receiving and unloading containers, sorting and inspecting goods, organizing storage, labeling, picking, packing, and dispatching according to established SOPs to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Conduct accurate cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
• Perform relevant SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions supporting warehouse activities.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage bins to maximize space utilization and maintain bin accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure adherence to 5S standards and safety policies to promote a well-organized and secure work environment.
• Oversee maintenance of material handling equipment (MHE) to guarantee operational efficiency.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess at least GCE 'N' Level certification or higher.
• Proficient in basic computer applications including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• A collaborative team player capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Attentive to detail and a quick learner with a positive work attitude.
• Hands-on experience in warehousing and logistics operations is mandatory.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet short deadlines.
• Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus.
• Possession of forklift or reach truck operating certification is advantageous.
