Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Planner to join our Maintenance & Repair team at Advario, based in Jurong West, Singapore. This vital role involves coordination with various internal and external parties to effectively plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring terminal operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to all Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) policies and practices.
- Verify all contractors and service providers comply with the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) requirements and hold valid safety and work certifications such as MSRA and SIC.
- Review and enhance maintenance plans annually, coordinating routine maintenance and managing the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program with contractors and vendors.
- Collaborate with procurement teams and vendors to manage scheduled maintenance activities and optimize related costs.
- Lead as the point of contact for new maintenance system implementations and ongoing improvements both locally and globally.
- Administer the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring asset records, libraries, and maintenance schedules accurately reflect the latest data, including ABS, FMECA, SCEs, and ECEs.
- Resolve CMMS-related issues by working closely with vendors and internal users, facilitating training and support.
- Manage regulatory reporting and license renewals related to planned maintenance, and assist in parts sourcing and SAP transaction verifications.
- Keep maintenance procedures and records updated, secure, and accurate, including technical reports, work orders, and calibration records.
- Prepare monthly CMMS and field activity reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing system efficiency, minimizing equipment failures, and reducing maintenance expenses.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of five years' experience as a Maintenance Planner within Petrochemical, Refineries, Process Plants, Oil & Gas, or Energy sectors.
- Diploma in Engineering, Petroleum, Chemical Process, or related field.
- In-depth understanding of maintenance philosophies and proficient with CMMS applications.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously.
Additional Information
- Location: Jurong Island, Singapore.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
