This team operates at the nexus of analytics and decision-making, empowering leaders with clarity on complicated information to advance major projects.
Key Responsibilities
As the Manager of Analytics, you will oversee a professional team that transforms data into actionable insights, directing how information is gathered, structured, and interpreted. You will simplify technical analyses into understandable advice for executive leadership and collaborate widely across branches and partner organizations to ensure analytics inform real-world decisions.

Enhancing data utilization—ranging from modeling to performance measurement—supports well-informed, consistent, and outcome-focused decisions that matter to citizens.
Leadership and Culture
This position embodies values of authenticity, integrity, and courage in leadership, aiming to cultivate a team culture rich in innovation, cooperation, and inclusiveness. You will foster a work environment that is diverse, anti-racist, accessible, and safe, enabling everyone to thrive.
Team and Development
You will guide a small, skilled team with expertise in data analysis, modeling, and program insight, working closely with internal and external partners towards shared goals. Opportunities exist to clarify roles and processes and promote consistent, connected workflows.
Reporting
The role reports to Luke Fraser, a people-oriented leader with a track record of building inclusive, high-performing teams rooted in kindness and trust. He emphasizes coaching and employee growth within supportive environments and advocates for mental health and work-life balance. Luke holds a land use planning degree from Toronto Metropolitan University.
