Responsibilities
- Maintain strong self-discipline to efficiently work in a remote environment.
- Generate leads by designing and placing basic advertisements across multiple online channels.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and empowerment in daily tasks.
- Conduct brief telephone or Zoom interviews, following provided scripts.
- Offer support and mentorship to team members and community associates.
- Participate in mandatory weekly training sessions via Zoom.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of three years' experience in paid employment.
