Job Role and Responsibilities

• Examine and analyze medical records from the United States healthcare system.
• Conduct an initial assessment to determine the validity of each file.
• Perform detailed subjective reviews to identify potential negligence and contributing factors.
• Evaluate surgical procedures as well as pre- and post-surgical care including nursing home related concerns.
• Compile comprehensive medical submissions and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of medical malpractice cases.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Educational background including MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BSMS, Pharmacy, Life Sciences (B.Sc/M.Sc in Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Nursing, Biotechnology), BPT, Biomedical Engineering, or Biotechnology at the B.Tech level.
• Candidates graduating in the 2025-2026 academic year are eligible.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Analytical aptitude and proficiency in medical terminology, particularly Anatomy and Physiology.
