Role Overview

Broccolini is hiring an MEP Project Coordinator to support its construction team. In this position, you will help coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work across projects while contributing to strong working relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning and coordinating all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing elements of construction projects.
• Assist during the tendering stage by working with subcontractors to collect pricing and maintain updated trade lists.
• Track, coordinate, and follow up on plans and shop drawings.
• Participate in project meetings, draft meeting notes for MEP Project Manager review, and distribute them to the team on time.
• Oversee change order tracking and help ensure site teams are informed of changes as quickly as possible.
• Create, manage, track, and respond to RFIs through construction management software.
• Provide general support to the site team and Health and Safety team as needed.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should bring several years of MEP construction experience along with a mechanical or electrical engineering degree or technical diploma. A solid understanding of construction contract terms and project financials is important, as is strong knowledge of MEP systems with a basic grasp of architectural and civil disciplines. Experience using Procore, Textura, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project is considered an advantage.
