Key Responsibilities
- Implement in-store merchandising assignments including planogram compliance, signage upkeep, overhead organization, and display assembly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure merchandise is accurately displayed according to approved layouts and strategies to boost sales and optimize stock turnover.
- Work collaboratively with store teams under supervision to deliver merchandising services across multiple departments.
- Follow directions carefully to maintain price accuracy through label updates and removals of incorrect or damaged tags.
- Build and maintain displays and fixtures using basic tools, and manage display materials including ordering and installation.
- Maintain neat, clean aisles and contribute to safe, accessible shopping environments.
- Access and interpret store system reports to take actionable merchandising steps.
- Support markdowns of damaged or unsellable products in coordination with store leadership.
- Assist customers with product knowledge and locating inventory as needed.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned, including damage inspections and completing required training.

- Proficient with basic computer and web-based applications.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Early morning flexible schedules.
- Warehouse setting often noisy and dusty, with temperature variations due to open doors.
- Physical demands include bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving stock items.

- Reports to Merchandising Execution Supervisor.
- No travel required for this role.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
