Job Description and Responsibilities

• Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in Artificial Intelligence or Generative AI domains.
• Apply strong expertise in MLOps methodologies covering the full machine learning lifecycle including data preparation, training, validation, deployment/serving, and monitoring/refresh pipelines.
• Architect and develop continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) and continuous training pipelines tailored for ML workflows; incorporating testing, deployment promotion, rollback mechanisms, and reproducible build processes.
• Utilize containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes alongside ML pipeline frameworks like MLflow or Kubeflow (or equivalent).
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions focused on service health, data quality, and model performance including drift detection (covering features, targets, and concepts), alerting systems, and root cause analysis.
• Deploy and manage ML workloads on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform using managed services and cloud-native components (e.g., GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Vertex AI).
• Ensure security, governance, and access controls by managing authentication and authorization processes, encryption, compliance-aimed logging and traceability, as well as implementing policy and guardrails in production ML environments.
• Collaborate extensively with data scientists, engineers, and platform teams to transition models from research to production, embracing best practices that emphasize repeatability, standardization, and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages including Python, .NET, or Java alongside relevant ML libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
