Job Description
- Design, configure, develop, and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Applications including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.
- Utilize and have a solid understanding of Power Platform components for application development and enhancement.
- Possess 2-3 years of hands-on experience specifically working with Dynamics 365 CE Apps.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CE Apps seamlessly with various other systems to ensure functional interoperability.
- Demonstrate proficiency in core .Net, C#, and Azure technologies such as Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps for solution development and deployment.
- Apply strong functional knowledge of CRM business processes to improve and tailor business solutions.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Experience in data migration processes related to CRM systems is desirable.
- Having Microsoft certification as Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate is advantageous.
