Role Overview

We are seeking an early-career Full-Stack Engineer who will be instrumental in building innovative product features and systems from the ground up. Collaborating closely with seasoned engineers, you will develop AI-enhanced workflows, expand data infrastructure, and craft seamless product experiences for our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and launch features spanning front-end and back-end with team guidance.
• Create and maintain backend systems and data pipelines for processing financial information.
• Assist in designing AI-driven workflows using techniques such as computer vision and natural language processing.
• Design user interfaces that simplify complex financial tasks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product teams, and occasionally customers to refine features.
• Accelerate learning and progressively assume more ownership within the team.

Sample Projects

• Building mechanisms to retrieve data from financial documents effectively.
• Scaling data ingestion capabilities from diverse sources.
• Contributing to analytics and forecasting platforms serving CPG brands.
• Enhancing user experiences to translate complex data into practical insights.

Candidate Profile

Must have:

• Hands-on experience through internships, academic projects, or equivalent in software engineering.
• Strong grasp of programming fundamentals in any language.
• Interest in backend, full-stack, or AI-powered system development.
• Motivation to learn rapidly, accept feedback gracefully, and grow professionally.

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with backend development, APIs, or data processing workflows.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning principles or tools.
• Excellent communication abilities and team collaboration skills.
• Interest in startup culture and environments with rapid growth and high responsibility.
• Computer Science degree or related academic background or equivalent experience.
