Night Ground Handling Agent

Location and Schedule

The position is based at Stansted Airport with a shift pattern of four days on followed by four days off, totaling 40 hours per week on 12-hour shifts mainly during night operations.

Role Overview

Join a key team responsible for delivering critical ground support services for Ryanair's operations at Stansted Airport, preparing for the busiest summer schedule in 2026. This role involves essential tasks that contribute to timely flight departures and customer satisfaction in a dynamic aviation environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage and service freight for Ryanair Group aircraft.
• Operate airport vehicles to transport luggage between aircraft and terminal.
• Perform aircraft push-backs utilizing advanced machinery.
• Meet the airline’s tight 25-minute turnaround target for aircraft.
• Assist passengers during boarding as required.
• Collaborate effectively within a team setting.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations across all tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Self-motivated individual eager to learn and take initiative.
• Must have unrestricted legal right to live and work in the UK.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-energy environment.
• Possession of a valid full UK driving licence.
• Successful candidates must pass a comprehensive 5-year background check to gain airport ID access.
