Role Overview
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to customers implementing the Cin7 solution. You will oversee the entire onboarding process from initial setup and integration to training and quality assurance, ensuring clients maximize the benefits of our software for their business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the customer onboarding lifecycle, coordinating implementation and integration efforts.
- Develop detailed scoping documents and project plans to guarantee timely delivery and seamless solution integration.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers through professional and dependable communication.
- Facilitate efficient data migration, offering practical workarounds tailored to customer workflows.
- Provide effective training resources via help site content, videos, and direct meetings.
- Assist clients with installing supplementary applications that support integration of Cin7 products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly during onboarding.
- Evaluate implementation effectiveness against established performance metrics.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for the company knowledge base.
- Collaborate with development teams on client-driven software modifications and manage deployment.
- Achieve performance targets and additional duties as assigned by management.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in customer service and project coordination, capable of handling over 10 simultaneous onboarding projects.
- Excellent communication and conflict management abilities.
- Highly dependable with a professional attitude and ability to work autonomously.
- Customer-centric mindset with passion for customers’ success.
- Strong organizational skills and initiative to drive multiple projects forward concurrently.
- Technical aptitude to troubleshoot problems and implement system changes.
- Background or familiarity with supply chain, wholesale/retail backend, warehouse or inventory management, shipping, and third-party logistics.
- Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is between 65000 and 75000 New Zealand Dollars annually.
