The Studio Operations team supports all aspects from soundstage management to event and design services, enabling seamless production flows.

Within this dynamic environment, the Online Editor role at De Lane Lea in Soho is pivotal, working at the critical final stage of post-production. This position involves applying both technical skill and creative insight to ensure that feature films and episodic television content meet the highest quality standards before release.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute non-linear finishing and online editing tasks including basic visual effects compositing, beauty fixes, and optical enhancements for film and TV projects.
• Drive development and upkeep of digital workflows by staying informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and finishing techniques.
• Communicate project-specific details effectively with all post-production team members to maintain a consistent and efficient production workflow.
• Lead titling and version spotting sessions, and integrate design and graphic elements as required.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the accurate assembly of video and audio components.
• Maintain strict best practices for content security and client confidentiality throughout the workflow.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven track record in a similar role within a large post-production environment delivering high-standard content for film and television.
• Extensive credits as an Online or Finishing Editor on notable productions.
• Expertise with Flame Suite and Baselight software platforms.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite and familiar with Mocha, Sapphire, Boris, Fusion, Nuke, and other visual effects systems.
• Experience with file-based workflows and strong understanding of digital capture technology, formats, codecs, and workflows.
• Adaptable to evolving industry formats including UHD, HDR, P3, and PQ standards.
• Computer literate and skilled in using diverse digital tools and packages.
• Knowledgeable about Conditions of Service, Contracts, Health and Safety regulations, and their relevance to staff and workflows.
• Committed to upholding Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden’s values, policies, procedures, including Health and Safety guidelines.
