Job Overview
Join Maharaja Furnishing as an Operations Executive in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing and streamlining the complete order processing and production cycle.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular stock checks, manage procurement, and ensure timely follow-ups on orders.
- Oversee Karigar work entries and coordinate production activities effectively.
- Manage order verification, placement, packing, and fitting processes seamlessly.
- Handle courier dispatches and follow up diligently on any missing parcels.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing complaints, managing customer photos, and encouraging Google reviews.
- Monitor payment collections and follow up consistently to ensure timely receipt.
- Coordinate efficiently with the internal team and Karigar workforce to foster collaboration.
- Maintain and provide daily status reports on all orders.
- Ensure smooth management of the end-to-end order workflow.
Work Schedule
The role requires working hours from 9:45 AM to 8:30 PM, with every Monday as a weekly off day and additional festival holidays observed.
