Operations Coordinator

About the Role

Stone Depot by Impacto is seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator to manage and oversee the smooth execution of daily operational activities. This role involves coordinating personnel, vehicles, tools, materials, and deliveries across all projects and facilities, ensuring seamless workflow of multiple moving parts simultaneously.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deploy installers, technicians, drivers, and support staff daily in alignment with project priorities.
• Manage scheduling of company vehicles, drivers, and routes, including monitoring vehicle servicing, fuel usage, and roadworthiness.
• Oversee movement and upkeep of tools and equipment across projects, maintaining an accurate and updated register.
• Coordinate material deliveries from suppliers and internal transfers among warehouse, factory, showroom, and project sites.
• Ensure that every project is fully staffed and equipped prior to commencement of work.
• Serve as the central communication point between Operations, Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Logistics, and Site Teams.
• Provide daily operational updates to management and proactively escalate any scheduling risks.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, construction, manufacturing, or facility management.
• Strong ability to plan, schedule, and multitask effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills and natural aptitude for problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace; familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
• Calm under pressure with keen attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.

Reporting and Collaboration

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and works closely with Project Managers, Procurement, Warehouse, Production, Installation Teams, Finance, and Commercial departments.
