Role Purpose

The Operations Manager oversees and enhances daily holiday home operations, guarantees excellent guest experiences, strong property performance, and seamless coordination among operational teams. This role ensures all properties meet company and Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) standards and remain fully operational and guest-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations covering check-in/out, housekeeping, maintenance, and inspections.
  
• Develop, enforce, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ensuring compliance with DTCM and internal standards.
  
• Coordinate onboarding of new properties, including furnishing, installation, readiness inspections, and operational preparation prior to listing.
  
• Lead and supervise the Operations team, aligning Guest Relations activities, monitoring performance, conducting reviews, and assigning responsibilities clearly.
  
• Maintain property quality through regular inspections, timely maintenance, inventory management, and collaboration with suppliers and maintenance teams.
  
• Ensure exemplary guest experience management from arrival to departure, addressing concerns promptly and supporting high review ratings.
  
• Collaborate closely with Revenue, Finance, Business Development, Administration, and Guest Relations departments to ensure smooth interdepartmental communication and provide operational insights.
  

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, Property Management, or related fields preferred.
  
• At least 5 years of experience in holiday home management, short-term rental operations, hospitality operations, property management, or hotel operations.
  
• Strong leadership capabilities and team management expertise.
  
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  
• In-depth understanding of guest experience and property operational workflows.
  
• Ability to juggle multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.
  
• Effective communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
  
• Experience with property setup, furnishing, or onboarding is advantageous.
  
• Knowledge of Dubai Holiday Homes regulations (DTCM) is strongly preferred.
  
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems like Hostaway, Guesty, or Hospitable is beneficial.
  
• Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle required to travel between properties as necessary.
