The position focuses on keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, verifying that tasks are executed as planned, supporting supervisors in carrying out assignments, and making sure all work follows the company’s approved policies and procedures.

What you will do

• Oversee onsite daily operations and confirm that work is carried out according to the approved plan and schedule.
• Coordinate with team supervisors to ensure tasks are assigned correctly and completed accurately and efficiently.
• Log operational findings and issues, then work with management and the relevant teams to help resolve them.
• Draft regular updates on operational performance, progress, and the challenges encountered by teams.
• Work closely with departments such as Quality, Customer Service, and Sales to keep operations aligned across the business.
• Track operational KPIs and share recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and safety requirements throughout operations.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in operational coordination or field operations.
• Strong planning and analytical abilities, with experience following up on teams and work progress.
• Comfort using computer tools and operations management systems.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to handle problems quickly and effectively.
