Position overview
PNC is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join its Wire Administration team. The role is fully remote, with the selected person based in one of these locations: Cleveland, Ohio; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Denver, Colorado; or Dallas, Texas. The company emphasizes a collaborative, inclusive workplace where employees are respected, supported, and encouraged to contribute to business success.
The regular schedule is Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST. AAP certification is preferred, and hands-on ACH experience is also desired.
This role may be approved for remote work only in certain geographic areas. If approved, the job must be performed from a quiet, secure, and confidential home workspace. The employer may also require occasional in-office attendance depending on business needs. PNC will not sponsor work visas for this position and will not participate in STEM OPT.
What you will do
- Lead daily operations activity, ensure transaction and process execution is completed correctly, and manage direct reports on the operations team.
- Take accountability for business outcomes, support team members with escalated matters, and process or reconcile transactions of different risk levels and financial values while following established procedures.
- Work with internal teams, external customers, and third parties to resolve escalations and complete transactions as needed.
- Coach and develop team members, while also leading team meetings and continuous improvement discussions.
- Advise service partners and customers, support process-improvement efforts, update standard operating procedures when needed, and contribute to projects or lead them where appropriate.
- Review transactions and reports to spot exceptions, monitor quality, maintain compliance, and oversee risk-reduction activities while ensuring procedures are complete and accurate.

The position generally requires at least 3 years of relevant experience. In place of a degree, a combination of education, job-specific certification, and experience, including military service, may be considered. No certification or license is required.
Pay and incentives
The base salary range for this role is $45,375 to $75,625. Pay may vary based on location, market conditions, skills, experience, and education. This position is eligible for incentive compensation based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

Paid time off may include maternity and/or parental leave, up to 11 paid holidays per year, 9 occasional absence days per year unless a law says otherwise, and 15 to 25 vacation days per year depending on career level and years of service.
Application timing
This opening is generally expected to remain posted for two business days starting 07/07/2026, though business needs may extend the posting period.
