Role Summary

The Operations Supervisor supports daily operational functions to ensure smooth fleet management, customer service, and logistics. The position requires close collaboration with technicians, customer support, and management to maintain seamless operations and an excellent rental experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in allocating electric scooters to customers while ensuring their optimal condition.
• Monitor daily service activities like vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Coordinate technician tasks based on service demands, assuring timely completion.
• Facilitate customer onboarding and ensure smooth vehicle return processes.
• Resolve customer rental inquiries swiftly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Support inventory controls to guarantee vehicle availability and manage replenishments.
• Oversee battery swapping stations to keep them stocked and functional.
• Collaborate in scheduling timely vehicle deliveries and pickups at designated spots.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and maintain cleanliness at rental locations.
• Work jointly with customer support and technical teams to promptly resolve operational and technical issues.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a bachelor's degree.
• At least one year of operations experience, ideally within warehousing or the electric vehicle sector.
• Strong organizational talents to handle multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic workspace.
• Excellent communication abilities to coordinate with internal teams and external service providers.
• Detail-oriented with competence in accurate reporting and asset record maintenance.
• A proactive mindset for identifying and addressing operational challenges.
• Technical skills include proficiency in data entry and asset management software; familiarity with electric vehicles is advantageous.
