Role overview

Perry Homes is seeking an Options Analyst to support pricing, option systems, and sales materials that help keep home selections accurate and profitable. This role works closely with Designers, Sales Professionals, and internal leadership to resolve issues, maintain data integrity, and ensure option information is current across markets and communities.

What you will do

  • Review option costs and help protect margins for both new and existing selections.
  • Keep all option-related sales documents up to date, including the Catalogued Options List, Options List, Plan Options Master, Selection Sheets, Appliance Brochures, and TrueLine.
  • Maintain the current options and selections systems.
  • Prepare pricing for custom requests across different markets.
  • Make sure all option codes are assigned correctly for new communities.
  • Respond promptly to support requests from Designers and Sales Professionals regarding issues such as incorrect ECOs, pricing concerns, system problems, and similar matters.
  • Assist the Options Director with a variety of changing special projects.

Requirements
