Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled parenting coach to assist both future and current parents through the complexities of family life. This position involves guiding prospective parents through planning and early parenthood stages such as newborn and infant care. Additionally, coaches provide support on child development, behavior management, discipline methods, and enhancing communication to foster stronger parent-child bonds. The role also covers advice on co-parenting strategies and balancing family responsibilities with work life.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have professional experience in child development, family therapy, or parent coaching. Previous experience in coaching or mentoring is important, along with a systematic and clear method for empowering parents at every phase of their journey.
