  • Maintain schedules, registers, records, risk and issue logs, and action trackers
  • Support communications, create presentations, and keep stakeholders updated
  • Assist in coordination with vendors, contractors, and logistics teams
  • Contribute to workplace readiness and change management related to the relocation
  • Ensure all project information and documentation adheres to organisational standards
  • Provide general project administration and reporting assistance to the Project Manager and team

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in coordinating meetings, workshops, stakeholder engagement, and diverse project activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in reporting
  • Skilled in maintaining project documents, records, registers, and reporting systems
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Ability to work independently while being a cooperative team member

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in workplace relocation, change management, transformation, or organisational projects
  • Background working within the public sector
  • Familiarity with records and information management practices
  • Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles and the Māori worldview (te ao Māori)

Additional Information

  • Work 20-24 flexible hours weekly, with flexibility in start and finish times
  • Hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days required in the office, especially for workshops
  • Salary range is $80,000 to $100,000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience
