About the Role

We are collaborating with a developing consulting firm in the transportation and infrastructure sector seeking a Part-Time Project Coordinator to join their cohesive team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, excels at managing several tasks simultaneously, and aims to contribute significantly within a team setting.
This primarily remote role requires candidates to be located in the Atlanta area with the flexibility to attend occasional in-person meetings and site visits.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily project tasks to ensure organization and timely progress.
- Participate in client meetings, record comprehensive notes, and circulate follow-up action items.
- Monitor project status and proactively address any pending tasks or deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Generate progress reports and maintain meticulous project documentation.
- Manage correspondence to guarantee clear information exchange across teams.
- Assist project managers with scheduling, organization, and administrative support.
- Ensure smooth project progression from initiation through completion.
Qualifications
- Between 5 and 8 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or related roles.
- A personable individual passionate about building client relationships and collaborating effectively with internal staff.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Adept at capturing detailed meeting notes and conveying project updates and tasks clearly.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities within a dynamic environment.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote work setting.
- Residency in the Atlanta, Georgia area with willingness to attend occasional on-site meetings.
- Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, transportation, consulting, or professional services is advantageous.
- Spanish language skills are considered a plus.
