Partnerships Manager

About the Role

Auxsyon Tech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions in various cities of Tamil Nadu, including Chengalpattu, Kanchipuram, Madurai, Coimbatore, Salem, Trichy, Kanyakumari, and Vellore. This position is tailored for candidates with a background in EdTech, educational services, or related business development roles, ideally with prior experience engaging K-12 schools and institutional sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture partnerships with schools by engaging with authority figures such as Principals, Correspondents, and Trustees.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to expand the company's educational network.
• Conduct presentations and attend meetings aimed at fostering collaboration with schools.
• Support activities related to student recruitment through partner schools to meet enrollment targets.
• Consistently achieve assigned targets for school tie-ups and student enrollment.
• Prepare and submit detailed activity and progress reports regularly.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience in educational sales, school partnership roles, or related fields.
• Established contacts within schools of the designated districts.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district to meet partners and prospects.
• Proven records of being target-oriented and capable of working independently in field sales or partnership roles.
