About the Role
Join a high-performing team where payroll is recognized as a vital business function, not just a routine task. As a Payroll Supervisor, you will lead the payroll service for over 800 employees weekly, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an employee-centric approach.
- Manage payroll operations using advanced systems and tools designed to enhance efficiency and minimize manual work.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, and business leaders to influence and improve payroll outcomes.
- Contribute to a culture focused on continuous improvement and process enhancement.
Key Offerings
- Competitive annual base salary starting at $102,118 with opportunities for increments up to $117,528, plus 12% superannuation.
- Permanent full-time employment with a 70-hour, 9-day fortnight schedule.

Candidate Profile
- Degree holder in Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in payroll leadership or supervisory roles.
