About the role

- Plan and run performance testing scenarios using LoadRunner and JMeter.

- Work alongside development teams to bring performance testing into the software delivery process.
- Use Dynatrace for application monitoring and troubleshooting during testing and analysis.
- Document test observations, conclusions, and suggested improvements in clear reports.
Qualifications and experience
Candidates should hold a B.Tech / B.E., BCA, or B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or a related specialization. The role calls for 3 to 9 years of hands-on experience in performance testing, with strong working knowledge of LoadRunner and JMeter. Applicants should be comfortable interpreting data, identifying performance risks, and communicating technical findings effectively.
