About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global semiconductor technology company seeking a Senior Process Analyst to join their team in Böblingen. This position contributes directly to the organization's ongoing digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing and digitizing supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a process analyst on transformation initiatives, facilitating the efforts of business users, partners, and suppliers.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, proposing effective solutions to fulfill them.
- Evaluate existing processes and user challenges, collaborating with experts to design and document more efficient workflows.
- Engage with global business and process specialists to develop scalable, harmonized processes that meet both local and global objectives.
- Aid in implementing process changes and assist users throughout the adoption phase.
- Encourage process ownership among business users and promote a culture centered on continuous process improvement.
- Contribute to the development of data quality processes.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have experience collaborating on project teams handling process transformations within Operations and Supply Chain Management; experience in Finance or HR process transformations is an advantage.
- Demonstrate solid skills in process analysis and documentation.
- Exhibit strong communication and teamwork abilities in a global context.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German proficiency is a bonus.
- Hold relevant certifications for business or process analysis, such as Lean Six Sigma, BPMN 2.0, SCOR, or BABOK.
- Be a self-motivated individual with an analytical mindset capable of managing both technical details and key business stakeholders.
- Preferably have knowledge of quoting, order management, supply chain management, and demand planning processes, ideally within manufacturing environments.
