Product Manager

Role Overview

Join Qutell Technology as a Product Manager in Singapore, where you will lead product initiatives by deeply understanding the technical aspects and features of the assigned product domain. Through comprehensive research, you will provide insights reflecting both human and business impacts, ensuring that deliverables address real user challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire thorough knowledge of the assigned product’s technology and functionalities.
• Conduct research to inform product decisions with meaningful user and business insights.
• Develop varied deliverables such as competitive analyses, user flows, wireframes (both low and high fidelity), mockups, and prototypes that enhance user experience.
• Effectively communicate UX findings to design teams, cross-functional partners, and other relevant team members by simplifying complex information.

Candidate Requirements

• Present a portfolio showcasing comprehensive and refined end-to-end customer journeys.
• Possess over five years of professional experience in interactive or visual design.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Stay current on trends within mobile technology, communications, and collaborative platforms.
• Skilled in creating polished design prototypes, mockups, and other design communication tools.
• Capable of independently estimating project scopes, setting priorities, and managing tasks efficiently.
• Have a proven track record of contributing to launched products.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient with design software such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
