Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Production Sock Designer who excels in a fast-moving, high-output environment by efficiently producing top-tier designs. As your design output will be reviewed and approved by clients before production, both precision and speed are critical since your work represents the final design stage before manufacturing.

Primary Duties

• Generate, revise, and complete sock designs to meet stringent daily deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Guarantee all design outputs conform strictly to brand standards and uphold high accuracy levels.
• Work collaboratively with fellow designers, Sales, and Marketing teams to grasp project needs, and actively communicate with clients either directly or through Sales to incorporate feedback.
• Remain flexible in responding to changing project scope, deadlines, client feedback, and revision demands.
• Contribute to enhancing workflows by integrating AI tools that reduce repetitive tasks, allowing more time for nuanced design decisions.

Candidate Qualifications

• Preferably holds a four-year degree in graphic design or a related discipline with 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Possesses a portfolio illustrating steady, high-caliber design work.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Exemplifies meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and effective time management.
• Displays excellent communication skills and comfort engaging directly with clients.
