Role Overview
Fetch seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee brand and creative project coordination. Reporting to the SVP of Program Management and embedded within the Brand & Creative team, this role entails complete responsibility for executing brand projects from initiation through completion. The position demands process discipline, sound judgment, and the ability to work cross-functionally at a senior level.
The Program Manager will serve as a central figure for the Brand & Creative team, managing creative workflows via Asana, safeguarding timelines, resolving issues proactively, and providing stakeholders with clear updates on program status.
Location and Schedule
This is a contract position based at Fetch's New York City office in the Penn District, with a preference for a hybrid schedule involving 2-3 days onsite weekly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end program tracking and workflow using Asana and Google Sheets, maintaining project frameworks, ownership, milestones, dependencies, and decision points across multiple initiatives.
- Collaborate with Account Directors and Creative Leads to manage creative briefs from intake to final delivery, ensuring capacity, scope, deliverables, inputs, approvals, dependencies, timing, and resource availability are confirmed before work begins.
- Lead weekly status and coordination meetings, documenting decisions, responsibilities, and action items while presenting concise executive-level updates highlighting status, risks, and required actions.
- Identify potential blockers, risks, and conflicting dependencies early; assess their impact and escalate issues to leadership with clear recommendations when necessary.
- Work closely with account management, design, and copy teams to scope new requests, estimate timelines, and align resourcing amid shifting priorities.
- Maintain and enhance existing intake, review, approval, and delivery processes, clarify roles and decision authority, document changes, and implement improvements to boost visibility, accountability, and reliability.
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of project or program management experience within creative, agency, or marketing settings with demonstrated independence at the senior level.
- Highly proficient with Asana, including building projects, configuring rules and dependencies, and generating detailed reports.
- Proven ability to manage multiple creative workstreams simultaneously with meticulous tracking and follow-through.
- Strong executive communication skills, including leading meetings, presenting facts clearly, aligning stakeholders, and facilitating decision-making.
- Excellent operational judgment and calmness under shifting priorities or incomplete information, translating ambiguity into clear deliverables, ownership, and next steps.
- Experience with agile or sprint methodologies is advantageous.
- Familiarity with creative tools such as Google Drive, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Compensation and Duration
This contract position is compensated at a rate of $80 to $90 per hour based on a full-time 40-hour workweek, with an estimated duration of approximately four months.
