Role overview
Grand Venture Technology Private Limited is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join its manufacturing operations in Singapore’s East Region. The role reports to the Sales Director and involves steering projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
What you will do
- Build detailed project plans that cover timelines, required resources, and budgets, while keeping delivery on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
- Guide and energize cross-functional teams such as engineers, technicians, and other project contributors, promoting a cooperative and high-performing culture.
- Act as the main contact for all project communications and maintain working relationships with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Spot possible project risks early, create practical mitigation plans, and adjust execution when needed to keep outcomes on track.
- Set and uphold strong quality standards for all deliverables, and introduce quality control processes where needed.
- Track budgets and spending closely, and share financial updates with the Sales Director and other senior leaders.
- Keep project records accurate and current, and provide regular progress updates to the Sales Director and other stakeholders.
What the role requires
- A diploma or degree in any discipline.
- At least 5 years of project management experience in the manufacturing sector, along with strong knowledge and industry connections in semiconductor, life sciences, or medical markets.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, make sound decisions, and solve problems effectively.
- Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle several projects at once and meet deadlines.
- The ability to build executive interest in the company’s solutions and support local and regional growth through effective collaboration and influence.
- A self-motivated, outcome-focused mindset with strong presentation, communication, planning, and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, including the ability to work well with a wide range of stakeholders.
