Role Overview

We are seeking a Program Manager responsible for orchestrating the transformation of ideas into fully operational companies. Each venture advances through phases including ideation, validation, development, launch, and growth. You will oversee this progression, ensuring momentum is maintained, preventing stagnation, and providing founders and partners with real-time clarity on status. Acting as the central link between founding teams, engineers, go-to-market groups, and partners, you will maintain visibility on deliverables, blockers, and upcoming steps. This role requires proactive operation management rather than passive tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end company formation processes, guiding ventures from initial validation through launch stages.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of milestones, responsible parties, deadlines, and overall status across the company portfolio.
• Lead operational routines such as planning sessions, daily standups, and milestone reviews to enforce accountability and progress transparency.
• Identify risks early by highlighting blockers, dependencies, or timeline delays before they escalate.
• Develop repeatable systems from existing playbooks to accelerate the launch of subsequent companies.
• Provide founders and partners clear, current insights on each venture's status and requirements.
• Ensure tooling and project structures remain organized, utilized, and effective rather than superficial.
• Coordinate efforts across founding teams, technical staff, marketing, and investment partners to align actions with priorities.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience managing multifaceted programs with multiple workstreams, delivering on schedule independently.
• High initiative; capable of closing gaps proactively rather than waiting for instruction.
• Strong operational judgment to differentiate critical blockers from non-issues.
• Adept at managing ambiguity and rapidly switching between contexts in a portfolio environment.
• Expertise in designing scalable processes without introducing bureaucratic hurdles.
• Comfort with contemporary project and knowledge management platforms such as ClickUp or Notion, emphasizing automation of routine tasks.
• Excellent, succinct communication skills that maintain alignment among busy stakeholders without excessive meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within venture studios, accelerators, or early-stage startups.
• Background blending operations, program management, product, or go-to-market roles.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Track record of creating operating systems for teams from scratch rather than inheriting existing frameworks.
