Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full planning and pre-production process for Mov'in Bed Perth.
• Prepare and coordinate all Development Application (DA) submissions.
• Manage Food Safety and Liquor Licence applications required for the event.
• Engage and maintain communication with local councils, government bodies, and essential stakeholders.
• Source, negotiate with, and appoint local suppliers.
• Oversee procurement and quotation processes from suppliers.
• Recruit and onboard the Perth Site Manager.
• Maintain detailed project timelines and apply proactive risk management.
• Provide routine progress updates to the central Sydney team.
• Ensure a smooth handover from planning to construction and event operations phases.
