- Ensure project execution remains aligned with company strategy, project goals, and client expectations.
- Monitor and coordinate schedule, cost, and resource performance across all assigned projects.
- Use KPIs, P6 scheduling, and EVM analysis to improve project performance.
- Oversee commercial, cost, and contractual matters, including variations, claims, and risk exposure.

- Coordinate communication and collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Review project reporting, dashboards, and executive status updates for accuracy and clarity.
- Guide, coach, and supervise project teams while supporting effective resource allocation.
- Support data-led decisions and help resolve critical project-level issues.
Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should bring 10 to 15 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in data centers, large-scale infrastructure, or EPC settings. Experience managing several complex projects at the same time is important, along with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline is required. PMP or a similar certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of project controls, commercial management, and contracts, including FIDIC, is also expected.
