Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced property manager to take full responsibility for a well-maintained portfolio with prospects for growth. This position requires a confident professional ready to operate autonomously while enjoying robust team support. Key duties involve managing daily portfolio operations, fostering strong relationships with landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance and regulatory compliance, conducting property inspections, handling lease renewals, and proactively managing risks and legal changes.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of residential property management experience in New Zealand.
- Competence in compliance management, maintenance oversight, and handling challenging discussions.
- Strong organizational skills, structured work approach, and proactive communication.
- Proficient in administration and reporting functions.
- Possession of a Full New Zealand Driver's License.
- Residential Property Management Level 4 qualification is preferred.
