Job Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to collect and analyze business needs, challenges, processes, and goals.
• Document these requirements accurately, creating business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and map current and desired future state processes to identify gaps and align solutions effectively.
• Collaborate closely with product, technical, and delivery teams to refine requirements, support solution architecture, and assure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing, including scenario preparation, issue tracking, validation from business users, readiness for go-live, and support after deployment.

Qualifications

• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile/Scrum, Product Ownership, Lean Six Sigma, or data/AI domains are advantageous.
• Proven experience in business or systems analysis, product or platform delivery, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in gathering requirements, stakeholder management, process documentation, writing user stories, and coordinating UAT activities.
• Aptitude to convert business demands into clear functional and system requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria, accompanied by comprehensive documentation.
• Strong analytical capabilities coupled with effective communication and facilitation skills, bridging business and technical teams seamlessly.
• Familiarity or exposure to digital technologies, data analytics, automation, AI, or enterprise business system projects is a plus.
• Academic qualification of a Degree or Diploma in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Technology, or related fields.
