Role Overview
This position involves working within the Infosys consulting team to address client challenges by diagnosing issues, designing innovative solutions, and supporting deployments for enhanced customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop proposals by contributing to sections of the proposal documents and providing design input leveraging your expertise.
- Plan and execute configuration activities based on design specifications; conduct conference room pilots and assist in clarifying requirement and solution design queries.
- Conduct solution demonstrations, lead POC workshops, and prepare cost estimates that align with customer budgets and company financial policies.
- Lead small-scale projects and participate in initiatives at unit and organizational levels aimed at delivering high-value solutions to clients.
Additional Skills
The role particularly requires proficiency in Python and Java automation testing technologies.
