Role overview
This position is responsible for building, rolling out, and sustaining the company’s Quality Management System so that products and processes consistently satisfy customer expectations, legal obligations, and internal quality standards.
Key focus areas
- Develop and maintain the Quality Management System across operations.
- Lead quality assurance efforts to keep outputs aligned with required specifications.
- Plan, conduct, and support audits to verify compliance and identify gaps.
- Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and any relevant industry-specific requirements.
Compliance and standards
The role requires ongoing monitoring of quality practices to ensure the business remains compliant with applicable standards and regulations, while also meeting company-defined quality benchmarks.
