QSR Representative (Full or Part Time)

About the Role and Location

This position is based at Store 2745211Q located at 2307 Plant Ave, Waycross, Georgia 31501. Employment requires flexibility in shift scheduling to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service promptly and in a friendly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant by performing cleaning and general housekeeping tasks.
• Prepare and serve food items following all brand, company standards, and health regulations.
• Ensure compliance with product quality standards, food safety, and operational guidelines.
• Accurately maintain cash handling, sales records, and inventory control documents.
• Adhere to all relevant government regulations and safety codes.
• Report incidents promptly following company policies.
• Embody company values including teamwork, integrity, ownership, and competitiveness.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
• Exemplifies integrity and reliability by honoring commitments.
• Positive, energetic attitude conducive to a fun and productive workplace.
• Physical ability to frequently bend, twist, kneel, squat, stand, walk and occasionally climb ladders.
• Comfortable working in extreme temperatures and around kitchen equipment including fryers, ovens, grills, freezers, and in environments with loud noise and sharp objects.
• Capable of reaching and manipulating items overhead and throughout shift duration.
• Ability to frequently push, pull, lift, or carry weights up to 10 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs safely.
