SANY Saudi Arabia, a prominent global manufacturer specializing in construction machinery, is seeking a seasoned Recruiter to enhance their expanding Human Resources division in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
The position involves managing full-cycle recruitment activities specifically tailored for roles within the heavy equipment and construction machinery sectors.
Candidate Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
- Applicants should bring at least five years of recruitment experience within multinational organizations.
- Experience focused on recruiting in the heavy equipment and construction machinery industry is essential.
- Competency in end-to-end hiring processes covering technical, sales, engineering, and service roles is mandatory.
- Proficiency in advanced sourcing and headhunting techniques, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other top job portals, is expected.
- Strong communication abilities coupled with effective stakeholder engagement skills are necessary.
- An in-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian labor market is important for this role.
