Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for positions in Hong Kong and East Asia, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, candidate follow-up, and onboarding activities.
- Lead campus recruitment initiatives and graduate programs in Hong Kong and East Asia, coordinating partnerships with universities, organizing career talks, conducting interviews, and issuing offers.
- Work closely with local Country Managers, business leaders, and headquarters HR teams to clarify hiring needs, enhance recruitment strategies, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality talent.
- Proactively source talent through LinkedIn, job portals, talent mapping, headhunter collaborations, and maintain regional talent pools to support sustainable recruitment pipelines across East Asia.
- Maintain consistent English-language communication with global headquarters, cross-border candidates, vendors, and regional teams; prepare recruitment reports, candidate profiles, and HR documents in English.
- Ensure compliance with Hong Kong employment laws, corporate HR policies, and global onboarding and payroll systems (such as BIPO and internal HR platforms).
- Monitor recruitment data, update dashboards, summarize regional hiring progress, and assist with annual manpower planning and talent projects.
- Enhance candidate experience and boost employer branding within the Hong Kong and East Asia markets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Between 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within industry HR or regional recruitment contexts.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential, including capability for daily cross-border email correspondence, interview coordination, and report writing in English.
- Strong familiarity with full-cycle recruitment processes and ability to independently manage multiple openings and campus recruitment projects.
- Knowledge of Hong Kong recruitment market, employment compliance, and typical hiring practices is advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to coordinate effectively across headquarters, regional leadership, local teams, and external agencies.
- Detail-oriented, data-conscious, proactive, and adept at handling the demands of a fast-paced regional business environment.
- Experience with HR systems and recruitment tools is a beneficial addition.
