Job Overview
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to focus on engaging corporate clients and enhancing NPS product penetration within their employee base. This position involves a frontline B2B sales approach where establishing and growing corporate client relationships is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with corporate clients to expand the penetration of National Pension System (NPS) among their workforce.
- Actively pursue acquisition of new corporate clients by coordinating with business teams of group companies.
- Assist the Business Development Manager in implementing strategic business plans.
- Contribute to formulating effective corporate business strategies.
- Conduct industry research and trend analysis; prepare presentations for corporate engagements.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or product management.
- Prior experience in the NPS sector is considered a strong advantage.
- Exhibit robust execution capabilities and excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate adeptness in networking and managing corporate client relationships.
