Role Overview
The Remote IT Technician is responsible for delivering comprehensive technical support to users through remote communication methods. Key Responsibilities
- Offer remote assistance using chat, email, ticketing platforms, and virtual helpdesk tools.
- Identify and resolve issues involving software, hardware, networks, and user access complications.
- Guide users through stepwise troubleshooting instructions for common technical challenges.
- Remotely install, update, and configure applications and system utilities.
- Manage IT support tickets by prioritizing requests and adhering to service deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements
