Established initially as Hala Express in 1993 with a fleet of 150 vehicles, NAQEL Express formed as a partnership between Saudi Post and Hala Express in 2005. In 2022, Saudi Post (SPL) fully acquired NAQEL Express to align with the National Industry Development and Logistics Program under Vision 2030.

Role Overview

We are currently looking for a motivated and skilled Safety Officer to join our teams based in Dammam and Jubail. The role focuses on ensuring workplace safety and supporting continuous improvement in safety management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular on-site inspections, conduct thorough risk assessments, and carry out safety audits.
• Support the HSSE Manager in executing and reviewing category-specific safety plans aimed at reducing workplace accidents.
• Assist in creating and delivering safety and security training programs to staff.
• Drive the achievement of effective safety and security management standards, fostering a culture of safety within the workforce.
• Ensure all employees are provided with suitable personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with established safety protocols.
• Organize and coordinate emergency response drills, keeping emergency procedures current and effective.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of risk assessment techniques and accident investigation processes.
• Experience with emergency response planning and fire prevention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented approach combined with integrity in professional conduct.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety reporting software.
